How We Got Our Start

After moving into the same community, neighbors compared notes on their home buying/selling experience. Having used various time consuming and ineffective methods to list their properties (by themselves, through known real estate professionals, or trying their luck with the most convenient agent), the neighbors realized that there were significant differences between the commissions they paid.  They decided that there had to be a better way and consumers deserved a method to work with GREAT agents AND save money – in January 2013, feeDuck was born!

feeDuck and Habitat for Humanity

feeDuck is proud to support Habitat for Humanity’s efforts in providing a safe and decent place to live. Through its National Building Program, Habitat for Humanity’s affiliates built hundreds of homes with low-income families in need annually and there are many more families in need. feeDuck is committed to donating a portion of the admin fees charged to real estate agents in support of Habitat for Humanity’s National Building Program.
